We provide carers to live in the client’s home as an alternative to moving into a care home. To ensure that the client needs are met 24h a day

Personal Care

We are able to offer assistance with the following. Feeding and drinking, Bathing Getting dressed, Getting in and out of bed, Toileting and Continence management

Respite to Care

Short and long term relief to regular carers or family members caring for their loved ones to enable them to have a break

Specialist Areas

We offer support to people with complex health conditions including Dementia, Diabetes, Neurological disorders and Ventilation dependency

Palliative

We provide care for people with complex illness needing control of their symptoms. We provide care for people living with a terminal illness, and for people nearing end of life. We work closely with clinicians to assist the people affected and their families to achieve the best quality of life and dignity till the end

LEARNING DISABILITIES

At ACL, we provide tailored care for adults with learning disabilities to promote independence and self-direction. We believe everyone should have the chance to live a fulfilling life, that’s why we provide compassionate, one-to-one care that help individuals thrive.
